Donations for Persian streamers, with live alerts on stream
When someone supports you mid-stream, it should pop up right then. Qahvejo gives you a Persian-friendly donation link and a secret OBS link that shows each donation on your stream with sound, animation and the supporter's message.
How live donation alerts work
- In the dashboard, open the live stream alerts section and copy your secret alert link.
- In OBS Studio or Streamlabs, add a Browser Source and paste the link.
- Every time someone donates, their name, amount and message appear on stream with sound and animation.
There's a separate link for a goal bar, like "$500 for a gaming chair", that fills up with every donation.
Which platforms does it work with?
Anything you stream with OBS: Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick and the rest. The alert shows inside your streaming software, so it doesn't depend on the platform.
Where to put your donation link
A chat command like !donate, your Twitch panels, your YouTube live description and your social bios. Your page is bilingual, so viewers who don't speak Persian can donate easily too.
Monthly memberships for your regulars
Next to donations, set up monthly tiers: a special Discord role, a members' Telegram group, names on the end screen, or polls so members pick the next game.
Qahvejo at a glance
- Cost: signing up and every feature are free. Qahvejo takes 5% of each payment and the card processing fee comes out of the same payment. There are no paid plans and no monthly subscription.
- How supporters pay: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, or wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, from most countries in the world. One-off support needs no account.
- Who can create a page: any creator aged 18 or over who lives in one of 43 supported countries (such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Australia and the UAE) and has a bank account in their own name.
- Payouts: automatic, daily, weekly or monthly, to your own bank account, in US dollars or your country's currency. The money goes straight to your own payment account; Qahvejo never holds it.
- Sanctions: residents of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and comprehensively sanctioned regions cannot create a page or receive money, and payments from inside Iran are not possible.
