Qahvejo never holds anyone's money
Payments are processed by Stripe, the payment company used by millions of businesses worldwide. Every creator has a Stripe account in their own name, and each payment goes straight to that account and then to the creator's own bank account.
No money piles up in a Qahvejo account where it could wait or get stuck. We only take our fee.

We never see or store your card number
Card details go straight into Stripe's secure form and never reach Qahvejo's servers. The creator only sees the card type and its last four digits, never the full number.
You can also support anonymously, so your name doesn't appear on the creator's page, or send a message only the creator can read.

Pay the way you always pay
Supporters pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay. With a wallet you don't even type a card number: a fingerprint or Face ID is enough.
On a computer without Apple Pay, a QR code lets you finish the payment on your phone. One-off support needs no account.

Creators get paid daily, weekly or monthly
No waiting for the end of the month. Each creator chooses in their dashboard whether money is paid out daily, weekly or monthly, automatically, to their own bank account in the country they live in, in US dollars or their local currency.
To be precise: each payment first has a short holding period, usually a few business days depending on the country, and is then paid out on that schedule.

One clear fee, nothing hidden
Signing up is free. There are no subscriptions or paid plans, and Qahvejo's fee is just 5% of each payment. The card processing fee is shown separately and doesn't go to us.

Built for Persian speakers from day one
Most support platforms are English only, left to right and confusing for someone paying for the first time. On Qahvejo the creator page, checkout, emails and dashboard are all in Persian and right to left.
Supporters know exactly what they are paying for, and creators know exactly how much arrives and when. Every creator page also has an English version for non Persian speaking fans.

We follow the law, so your page won't vanish overnight
Qahvejo fully complies with sanctions law and publishes the list of 43 countries where creators can receive money. Because of those laws, residents of Iran and comprehensively sanctioned countries cannot create a page or receive money, with no exceptions.
It may sound strict, but that openness means no account gets shut down later for breaking the rules, and no one's money gets frozen. Our terms of use and content rules are public.

Serious security, and real people in support
Creators can turn on two step sign in, and supporters sign in without a password, through a one time link sent to their email. Everyone can see which devices are signed in to their account and sign out of all of them. Anyone who finds a security problem has a clear way to report it.

Why Qahvejo instead of a bank transfer or sharing your account details?
Many creators still share a bank account number or a personal payment link to get support. With Qahvejo:
- The creator's bank details are never shared. Supporters only see the creator's page, not their account number or full legal name.
- Every payment has a receipt. Supporters know where their money went, and creators keep a full record of their income for their accounts.
- Card payments are protected. If something goes wrong, the supporter can raise it with their bank, like any card purchase.
- Everything in one place. One-off tips, monthly memberships, a shop and members-only posts on one page, without a separate site for each.
